For 20 years, Genesis Cancer Center has provided care to thousands of patients in Hot Springs and the surrounding communities. The center continues to focus on all aspects of treatment, encouraging positive attitudes, and improving medicinal and nutritional therapies, all in a facility with an inviting and comforting atmosphere.

The atmosphere at Genesis Cancer Center is bright and positive.  Everyone who works here has a exceptionally positive attitude. That is not by accident, says Tim Webb, MD, physician at the clinic.  We have a warm, cozy facility designed in many aspects like a ski lodge complete with wooden rafters and a fireplace which contributes to the positive atmosphere here.

The physicians at Genesis Cancer Center place a strong emphasis on offering the latest treatment options, clinical trials, psychosocial consultation and intervention, nutritional therapy and patient education. Currently, the clinic is involved in approximately 15 national and international clinical trials, closely following results and accessing research material nationwide. In addition, the clinic employs a full-time licensed social worker offering individual and group therapy to assist patients in dealing with the emotional issues that often occur with a cancer diagnosis.

In addition to a focus on patient care for the entire family, Genesis Cancer Center is dedicated to the community. The clinic supports and engages in many community activities, sponsors several local events, and contributes annually to multiple community organizations. Since its inception in Garland County, Genesis Cancer Center has sponsored the Cancer Survivors' Tent and the survivor reception at the Relay for Life benefiting the American Cancer Society. The clinic has also been a premier sponsor of the Daffodil Ball which also benefits the American Cancer Society, and a regular sponsor of the "In the Pink" luncheon benefiting the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Staff members of Genesis Cancer Center also serve on the local ACS Leadership Council. The clinic also donates medications and supplies to the Kenya Relief Organization, and the physicians donate their time to assist charitable organizations.
